Betty Nicolucci age 79, of Indianapolis, IN, passed on December 13, 2013 when she lost a 5 year battle to Alzheimer’s Disease. Betty is survived by her two children Deborah (Bob) Gaertner of Short Hills, NJ, Jeff (Julie) Huffman of Indianapolis, sister Sherin (Jim) Hise of Elkton, MD, stepsons Jim and Joe Burkart, 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Betty was very active, involved in many organizations as Noble 1 and 2, Women’s League, Indianapolis Welfare, Symphony Society and many more. She had a tender heart and often brought under-privileged children to her house on holidays. Services will be held this Tuesday, December 17 at Indiana Funeral Care & Crematory, 8151 Allisonville Rd starting at 11am with visitation beginning at 10am.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
